In the third national congress on internal medicine and surgery of felids, which was held on June 1 and 2, 2025, at the International Conference Center of the National Archives and Library of Iran, a group of the most prominent professors, veterinarians, and researchers from the country gathered to share their latest findings and experiences in the field of feline medicine and surgery. This scientific event, conducted with extensive participation from universities and healthcare centers, had over 500 attendees and featured more than 106 scientific papers on topics such as neurology, cardiology, oncology, modern surgeries, behavior, and veterinary imaging. 
During this conference, Dr. Omid Moradi, the head of the Central Veterinary Hospital of Tehran, participated as one of the keynote speakers in one of the specialized panels. His lecture focused on “Management of Acute Spinal Cord Injuries in Cats” and was met with widespread enthusiasm from the participants.
In one of the specialized panels on radiology, Dr. Amirali Raeisi, head of the radiology department at the Central Veterinary Hospital of Tehran, was present. Dr. Seyed Reza Ghiasi also played an important role as the scientific secretary of the congress, contributing to the planning and direction of the scientific content of this event.
Additionally, Dr. Hossein Najafzadeh actively participated in the gathering of specialists and congress participants by delivering a specialized lecture.

The active participation of several senior members of the Central Veterinary Hospital in this significant event once again showcased the scientific and professional status of this leading center in the field of veterinary medicine in the country.
